Repetitive heading could set off a cascade of responses that can lead to degeneration of brain cells. Brain Regions where processes such as attention, memory, executive functioning and higher-order visual can be damage badly. Therefore it is advisable that young children and young teens don't head the ball as they are at the stage of developing the brain functions.
