The first question that pops to mind is why would one wants to fly a vintage World War 2 era plane in a Air Race. It doesn't make any sense even if you are a pilot that had been racing since the mid70's. It is reported so far that 75 people are injured ( from there 25 are critical and 25 are serious) and 12 people have died. The plane crashed to the ground where the spectators were sitting.
