The Chinese contribute a lot of fund they think is necessary to education in order to make sure the students have all necessities to improve academically and extra curriculum activities . Students can change their behaviour, attitude, mentality, believes, motivations if they have a good education. This is way the Chinese Parents, Party and NGOs believe, and it's about time the other parties, parents from other races realise this.
