I agree Arsene has to let go of Cesc as he do anything to keep Cesc in Arsenal. Cesc mind had been set of Barcelona since winning the he became a regular at the Emirates. Arsene thought by making Fabergas captain he will be more mottivated and can lead to the team but if the captain mind's isn't on the team then how can Arsenal be a force to be recon on. When Fabergas isn't in the field, other good players like Nasri, Robin, Gael, Arshavin and other regulars play better and lead the team to victory. Fabergas is downgrading the team's spirit by being there, he may seem to help by his mind is in Spain. His body is at Arsenal but his mind is at Barcelona. He has lost his interest in his current team by not appearing for the final game of the season instead he was in Spanish Grand Prix. HE MUST GO
